1. What Clouts is

Clouts is an interface to genius.fun on BNB Chain and a set of contracts that can split a creator-fee claim. Using the interface to launch a token means you are the deployer of that token.

2. Your launch

You choose the name, the image URL, the description, and the payout address. You are responsible for those choices. Naming a person does not give Clouts the right to speak for them.

3. The split

Until the directory is deployed, Genius pays its creator bucket to the address you set. After deployment, new vaults keep at least 70% for the payout wallet. The rate on an existing vault does not change.

4. No warranty

Contracts and the index are provided as is. Nodes fail, prices move, and a graduated pool is not this interface. Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice.
